I am the General Manager of IRON Gym in Santa Monica and publicly apologize for membership issues that many of our past customers have experienced from the previous management team. We are reaching out to all these former members that have been the recipients of recurring charges on their accounts and refunding their money. All of the former employees of IRON that created these issues were relieved of their duties. We will gladly take care of any previous member that needs help settling these issues.
