The last week i bought a pack of DVD`S and i wanted do some change, so i try to talk with someone, but never answer the phone, i send 7 emails , and i never get an answer, i don`t know what to do, now i can`t make any change to the purchase, my problem now is that i don`t even know if i`m going to get my purchase.
