they've been having a schizophrenic old lady tenant there for YEARS and they've never bothered to do anything about it! Until I started to rent the apt next to the mentally ill lady and when I started to formally bring it to their attention, I GOT NOTHING BUT IGNORED and they threw it back at me saying they are getting tired of my fight i have with the lady...I DON'T EVEN TALK TO THE OLD LADY AT ALL!! I work from 7am to 7pm, I'm rarely home at all!!! also, the staff there doesn't have a good understanding of what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is. I work in a place where customer service is ENGRAVED in us, so when i go to another business and I don't see that, naturally, I get upset and dissapointed at the injustice of them treating customers as if they're being bothered! on one occassion, I walked in, and the only employee available was on the phone. So i politely interrupted her to ask her for the property supervisor encharged of my apartments (her name is Cristina Devdhara - another employee who thinks i'm fighting with the old lady) or for the manager; this lady on the phone rudely turned to me, said she didn't know, and then returned to her phone call saying "i'm so sorry for the interruption" with a tone and a face as if i had just committed a sin as if how dare you interrupt me!! made me feel very unwanted there! I've come to file this complaint after many, many, attemps to get their attention about the crazy schizophrenic old lady that shouts at 2am outside her door, hitting my kitchen window, and yelling profanity at me as i walk to my car by her apt to get into my car to go to work!! The old lady literally thinks I'm plotting something against her or that I am talking to the neighboors about her behind her back!! what the heck??? I'm a busy professional!!! i don't have time for this crap??! the worst thing is that I have a daughter too, and I don't want a crazy tenant putting my daughter or me or any other tenant with kids at risk!!
