This is a dishonest company with terrible, misleading business practices. They mislead you into thinking that someone from your company has already placed an order with them, and then they bill you an outrageous amount.
Integrated Supply Center called my company and said they had an order of toner for us and that they just needed to verify the shipping address. We received the box of toner (3 qty.) and then got an invoice for $956.58!!
Upon realizing that we had been scammed, I called Integrated Supply Center and talked to our "sales rep" Michael Thomas. When I explained the situation and asked that he cancel the order and pick up the toner to be returned, he became verbally abusive. He raised his voice and said that I was confused because I had ordered these toners. I threatened to report him and told him to just pick up the items. He kept arguing and yelling. He finally agreed to have them picked up after I had a male co-worker get on the phone with him.
DO NOT do business with these types of companies. They will also try to make it sound like they are your regular toner supplier. We had another company try the same scam with us and they were going to charge us $627 for one toner cartridge!
