John is amazing. He's incredibly patient when needed (he consulted with one of my clients for YEARS until she was ready to buy). But he is also VERY fast when that is the goal. He can close escrow in a matter of just a couple of weeks if you're in a rush and is always easily accessible, either by cell phone, email or text message. I highly recommend him. We're already working with some new buyers. :-)
