This is my 2nd round refinancing with John and once again, regardless of annoying HOA hiccups and other roadblocks, John closed on-time. Communication methods and response time is like nothing I have experienced elsewhere. Just fantastic. John also went out of his way to make sure some of my special funding requests were made. Thanks again John and Paul. I will continue to look to you guys first for my mortgage and refi needs.
