I ordered an XL black ink cartridge from InkPlusToner.com on Oct. 19, 2010 for my HPc309a printer. It has already ran out of ink. This printer is ONLY used for home/personal use. Used VERY little. When I tried to phone their toll free number during work hours I got a recording asking for me to leave a message. Are they OPEN or NOT? I, also, called their direct number only to receive the SAME message to leave a message. I am NOT happy that when I call a business during business hours that I constantly get a recording! This is NO way to run a business! I will be suprised if I ever get a return call. Sign me as a NOT so happy (former) customer!
