Advertising background checks and a "free" seven day trial. They charge $39.95 for any background checks. The only "free" items on the list are available at reverselookup.com. If you advertise background checks, you should provide them!!! The 39.95 is checked by default when you signup for your "free trial" that is supposed to be "100% satisfaction guaranteed". After multiple attempts to get my money back, they still refuse. I cancelled my trial within hours of signing up as I found the service was terrible. But the company won't refund any of my money. I would stand clear of this website. This all took place in May 2010. My hope is that they would consider customer service / satisfaction a higher priority in the future, they would retain more customers and maybe even add a few more.
