I had heard 'good things' about this company for re-financing... and when I started the process with them I also 'felt' good about the people I was dealing with. Unfortunately, I learned a hard lesson. This company not ONLY... uses false advertising & endorsements - it ALSO does not follow through on it's promises or follow up.
As a layman - I accepted their reasons for delays as 'being inundated with'... due to current economics, etc... heck, I didn't know any better. But for THREE MONTHS... I was locked into my rate; had signed Doc's; told 'not to worry', etc. - only, when push came to shove??? was told they could not 'honor' what was a locked agreement??? what the heck??? Aren't there rules & regulations for terms??? and NOW... I'm getting no replies what-so-ever. No refunds on my previously paid out-of-pocket expenses... nothing!
As the days go by, I'm finding out there are more & more of us in this situation! (at least I'm not alone). BEWARE!!! do NOT utilize this company for a mortgage or refinance! Even as laymen - I'm sure the terms "bait & switch" ignite red flags.... and nobody likes their concerns ignored.
I, for one, will to all I can - WHEREVER - I can to make sure the word gets out that IGS is a fraudulent, crooked orginization! and I can tell you I'm not alone!!! ............AGAIN.............. take my advice & do NOT use this company for ANY financial transaction!
