This is company is a joke. Do not believe one thing they tell you. I tried re-financing my home loan through them and they made too many promises and did not keep one of them. They charged me up front for $995.00 thank god I put it on my credit card and now the credit card company is going after them for the money. I jumped through every hoop they asked me to do having a stated income and an appraised value high enough for the loan.. I wasted over a month! of my life on this loan and $250.00 for an appraisal...... everyone needs to call KFI AM 640 and tell them to stop advertising for them.... the guy told me they had an A++ rating.... what a lie... its an F.
