I've been using InMotion hosting for 9 months. I've had to use their technical support 3 times, usually to ask questions (as opposed to solve problems with their service). Each time I chose to use their online chat option. I can report that each experience was the same. A connection to their technical support within 20 seconds, and a consistent level of experience from each person that helped me. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but each time I was supplied with great, informative answers. I often learn more from the technical support team that I originally intended! Based on my experience, its when something goes wrong that you need technical support to deliver. All 3 times they have done for me.
