On my first day of my new account with InMotion hosting I talked with 3 of their techs, either in chat or on the phone. My problems consisted of problems with a WordPress Blog.
I have had I think, 5 other hosts. Not one would help with this type of problem so I expected the same from InMotion as I consider it above and beyond what any host will provide with a hosting account.
Not only did they explain what was wrong, they actually fixed my problems for me. Because they were pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about something that no other host would help me with, I strongly recommend them at this time.
It might change, but from what I found today I doubt it will. Not only do I not get paid for this, it's actually a moderate inconvenience, but they went the extra distance for me, it is only right that I do the same from them.
I am extremely satisfied.
