Sighed contract for $615.00 for the on hold message. Dale charged an extra $600.00 for, first he said the charge was for a on hold cd box. An employee informed him we already had one, so we don't need it. He never sent the on hold cd box. He charged us for it 4 months ago. Then he calls back & said it was for a three year contract not the cd on hold box like he first said. We said show us the contract he said he talked to the owner & it was verbal & refused to give us our $600.00 back. We did not agree to this. We even faxed him our sighned contract & he argued & argued with three staff here & refused to give us our money back, . We said we would pay the initial $600.00 & we did. This company helped themselves to our credit card. We informed all of them to charge back are credit card. And they refused. So, we are out $600.00 for nothing. Looking on the net now, I see this is their MO. They have over charged many customers. They are thieves.
