Abusive, unprofessional, and thiefs

In the past we worked with Impact Communications to develop and produce our on-hold messaging. We were satisfied with the finished product, although the sales representative, Dale, was found to be at times abrupt and unprofessional. When it was time to update our on-hold messaging last September 2011, we began the process of working with Impact Communications again. Before the production was approved, we halted the production because we were not satisfied with the service or quality for the price. The company charged over $500 to my American express for a production that was never completed and they have refused to return our calls. Before we were aware of the charge for a service that was never rendered, Dale called to ask why we haven't completed production. When we expressed that we found him to be abrupt and at times rude he proceeded to call the business multiple times in a short amount of time and leave a terribly unprofessional voice mail telling us to "go to hell."
It was an incredibly awful experience and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I found them to be abusive.
I have the emails requesting the immediate halt for production and there is no finalized approved draft for production but this company went ahead and charged an enormous amount to my credit card. I feel money has been stolen from me.
