A company of this side has non secure software regarding Strong box. Line items with values and invoices are mismatched. An insurance line item, when clicked, shows a JCPL invoice of approximately $100, rather than than actual $3,000+ document. As a board member, representing residents, being responsible for making payments, it's unacceptable. A company of this magnitude and size can surely afford the responsibility for SECURE and efficient software. Further, the software for dues is not of GAAC. Negative values don't even appear in parentheses. In addition, a representative walks our property weekly. Branches and tree matter behind the homes are removed. However, a unit has a severe safety Hazzard that has been overlooked for 6-8 years in my opinion, based on my construction background. They are neglectful in assisting us to report tripping and freeze hazards. An management company should be forthright and inspect walkways also, if doing regular walk around weekly or even monthly.
