I ordered on line from this company four days ago. when I hit submit nothing happened. I called and DID get a person and was told it was becuase I didn't choose a shipping option. I went to that page, with the guy still on the phone, and there were no shipping options. He said that's because I ordered 37 items and fed ex won't ship over 70 pounds!!! WTF?? I told him it was 37 little bottles that would probably be about 5 pounds. He said to copy my order to an e-mail and send it to him. I did that. Next day when I got to work, I copied the order and faxed it to them explaining what happened. NOTHING. Later that day, I called. Oh, well, call your credit card company and see if you were charged, and I will look into it on our end and call yo9u back. Did that, and I was charged. He DID call me back to tell me that they were looking into it, and they would call again. NOTHING. I've been trying to get someone all day today, NOTHING. I just want to know if my damn order went through or do I need to go elsewhere?!?!
