I ordered and paid for a card holder for my daughter's wedding reception 2 1/2 weeks away. I placed the order and was told the order was in stock and I would receive in 5-7 business days. I checked the status of the order after 5 days and the status of my order was blank. I sent an email and got a bounce back so I called them yesterday and was told that they did not have the item in stock and it would be 3-4 weeks before it would be shipped. I asked why I did not receive any notification and was told there was an email sent to me - I never received an email. I asked for my $ to be refunded and was told that would happed. I also disputed the charges with my bank. The website also claims they are BBB Affiliate and the BBB said they are not
