I am really surprised reading all of the negative comments, as both my experiences with Idea Ribbon have been perfect. I found them through a random Internet search and was thrilled with their awesome prices. Imagine my excitement when I found out they
had their business offices less then 30 miles from my home. I contacted them about local pick up and they agreed. Within 2 days I got a phone call that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived my order was packed and ready to go. The associate I spoke
with was very courteous and upon learning I was making tutus, with the tulle I was picking up, reminded me of the tutorial on tutus they had on their website. My second experience with them was just as seamless. I found their customer service to be top notch
and would not hesitate to do business with them again, in fact I look forward to it!
