Steven originally impressed me as my first contact with Ichi Ban with his extensive knowledge of roofing and materials on the phone. When we met in person with the owner Ron and painter Armando, I was even more impressed. I felt I was in good hands. They all contributed to my sense of well being and desire to work with them as we walked around the house discussing the details, but most especially Ron. I was immediately struck by his wit, but most especially his crew for my job and his professional demeanor (obviously the case being far more important when hiring a contractor). Before I could ever ask, he proudly presented his BBB Cert. and license, reassuring the quality of his company and crew and their dedication to being Ichi Ban ie... The Best.
Well, so far, I can't imagine anyone better. I worked closely with Ron's crew - mostly Rene and Carlos on a certain stage of the roof and was very impressed. I guess the bottom line is I'm very happy with my new roof and looking forward to my freshly painted house next month.
