First of all, this system does not allow to give less than a one star rating, but this company deserves NO STARS, ZERO, ZIP, NOTHING!! It is a HORRIBLE company, a complete SCAM. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. They will charge you every month, even after you cancel your account. When you call customer service, they promise to look into your problem and call back within 48 hours. THEY NEVER CALL BACK!! A manager is NEVER available to speak. I have cancelled my account 13 months ago, and still receive a charge on my credit card every month. Now they claim they can't find me in their system so they don't know why I keep getting charged. It has been so time consuming. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with them and you get nowhere. They just tell you they have to forward the problem to their financial dept., and someone will call you within 48 hrs. When I ask for a number to the financial department, they tell you they can't give it. They have also refused to e-mail me or send confirmation of cancellation of my account or to e-mail or send a letter stating what I am requesting and that it is being forwarded to financial dept. for review. They say they are a non-refundable company, yet they are charging me 13 months past the time of my cancellation. I only want the refund that is rightly due to me. I have now resorted to having my credit card deny anymore charges from them. Save yourself from a headache and nightmare, DON'T sign up. I will be happy if someone reads this and makes the decision to not sign-up with them, because they do not deserve a penny of anyone's money. They are stealing from consumers!!!
