“Brian and Dave were patient and supportive Realtors all through the grueling process of viewing properties, writing offers, and closing on my property. They were on top of every task each step of the way and took a lot of the pressure off of me. They spent countless hours (especially on my first offer!) explaining each document that I had to sign and any questions that I asked (over and over!). They have TREMENDOUS knowledge of how to approach each type of property whether it is a traditional sale, short sale, or bank owned home, which is vital in today's housing market. I learned a wealth of knowledge from them about the differences and intricacies involved in purchasing my home and would not have survived this process without their support and expertise.
