NHN Usa is a great company but their customer support is terrible they have a glitch in one of their games and you lose a item you have to pay for and they say? I'm sorry we don't give you refunds and also their ability to meet deadlines is failure I'm been a gamer on their games for 1-2 years now and since has been dealing with bad service since i lose in game items you buy for real money not to mention that they has ip banned over 6000 people without explanation.
