DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! This property mgmt. company and their onsite mgr specifically at 7601 Duchess Ave. in the city of Whittier is very rude, unorganized and unprofessional. It might seem like a good deal what they offer their units at but keep in mind your going to be living next door to this crazy mgr who has split personality, she seems like a nice sweet old lady at first but quickly flips when she gets pissed for know apparent reason. The mgr and supervisor didnt act any better they both have hung up on me when posed with questions about unit. And even though their ad states they pet friedly will not let you get one after move-in if you dont have one already. Was even asked if we were married and was told by mgr that wasnt sure if she would rent to us based on that fact. I would never rent from this company know matter how low they get in rent you couldnt pay me to live here. I would not advise anyone to deal with this particular company.
