incompetent customer service

We moved from NY to South Carolina and needed a limited power of attorney form in order to register our vehicle. Our first contact was 9/23/21 and said it would take 3 to 4 business days.6 phone calls and almost a month later, today I talked to some guy who said I am personally putting this through as an "escalation to an escalation" whatever that means. He still said to call back in 3 business day to see if I could get a tracking number. Meanwhile I am paying for a car I cannot drive, getting letters from nys dmv about no insurance and suspensions and what not. I have to get my kids to daycare by calling ubers and i have 2 car seats so gotta get the big uber. Nobody seems to care at all. I am gonna be racking up losses left and right but best believe they want that lease payment! People move every day. you would think that this would be an easy request. Someone please just accept some responsibilty
