25 Year Employee of Hyundai

I've worked for Hyundai for almost 25 years and it's hard to read these terrible reviews. Well, here's another one. I've been calling for almost 6 months for a refund check. I've called 14 times and have spoke to 12 representatives and 2 supervisors. I get the same answer from everyone. We will send another email and request the check again.
It is shameful for a company that makes such a great product to have a finance company perform like this.
This is probably going to be another email that goes unread or ignored. Oh well, maybe upper management needs to be fired and get some people hired that give a damn!
