Can't even talk to anyone today....

Well, it was my mistake ....somehow I got the wrong acct # on my payment so they are calling me for a payment. I tracked the mistake down with my credit union yesterday, but the gal at collections couldn't fix it.....I had to talk to someone in the inner sanctum of collections....but I was told that they were all on break for another 15 minutes! ALL OF THEM? So today I start calling at 9 am and can't reach anyone at the finance center, collections, or customer service...I'm done after 45 minutes of being on hold!
