Hyundai Motor Finance Discriminates!!!!

Hello and good day. My name is Aida Barbara Alcala. Do not get a loan with this company. They are racists and they do not care about the customers. I will say why. I purchased to Hyundai cars and both times Hyundai Motor Finance financed my cars. I paid both loans with no problems at all. Inclusive, I paid a loan that I was to pay in 72 months in 52 months. I am currently in process of getting another car. While it is true that I do have credit issues due to having a lot of student loans, I have still managed to pay my loans with Hyundai Motor Finance. The company did not even take that into consideration. They denied me credit. Second, they took money out of my checking account despite the fact that I had already paid off my car. They took $143 approximately from my bank account. That is theft!! Now I must wait almost two weeks in order to get my money back. Furthermore, the auto dealer that I am purchasing my car, called Hyundai Motor Finance on 10/23/2020 around 7pm. The dealer gave them the FEDEX number and requested that my car title be sent to me overnight. I called various times and spoke with multiple people and they all confirmed that they saw the message where it was asked to send the title overnight. The supervisor made sure to resend the message that was sent to the title department on 10/23/2020 again on November 2, 2020. The supervisor's name is Eddy. Needless to say that Hyundai Motor Finance did not send my title overnight. I have had to wait over a week now to get my title. They did not even send out a thank you letter acknowledging that I paid off my car. I honestly believe that this company is racist. I am Hispanic. I was racially discriminated that is why I got denied credit even though I paid off my loans twice. They stole from my checking account. And they did not comply with the request that was made. BEWARE!! They will discriminate against YOU!
