Late Fees

I was allowed to defer 2 payments in March and April of this year because of not being able to work due to Covid 19. I have never been late other than that except for August I was told the late fee could be waived. When I called to do this I was hung up on on the first call after waiting 30 minutes. When I called back I was told they have waived late fees since I have had the account which is incorrect. Horrible customer service
