This review is 100% factual. As God as my witness, may I be dealt with ever so severely if what I speak is not truth.
I've had the unfortunate pleasure of having been previously employed by Bradley (who likes to refer to himself in 3rd person as the "Bald-Headed Wonder") when he was running these same kinds of questionable practices under a different company name. I came to find out after I left (as the evidence of corruption was so ramptant) that so many innocent homeowners were scammed out of their monies, homes, and dignities. That company was ordered to cease and decist dealing with any kind of foreclosure services. To know that this path is still being pursued by him is truly sad.
Bradley is a man who has no problem seeking to intimidate you with his large framed girth, raising his voice to a boom and flying off the handle when needed, seeking to lay blame on all those around him with no personal responsibility on his part. The man also showed himself to be most certainly a bigot, if not an outright racist, as I was once told by him during a ride in his flashy car that "we gotta get all the Mexicans out of here, so the blacks can get their community back." (Bradley at the time worked mostly in the Southern California area of Gardena, Compton, Downtown Los Angeles, etc, etc.) The man even went so far as to inform me I needed to tell an employee when they answered the phone to shorten their name so it didn't sound as if we were some ethnic company who just hired hispanics.
At the time, it was explained to me that for roughly 1,500 dollars, homeowners near foreclosure or in the midst of, could basically give all right over to Bradley and his company, and that when the homeowner couldn't pay fast enough at specific stagepoints, he'd get their houses. Bradley sought to exploit all those who dealt with the major foreclosure crisis by preying on people who knew very little to nothing about how foreclosure works.
What saddens me most is that Mr. Bradley was previously a man of the cloth, but it seems as though his tactics have revealed that he serves himself and no one else.
To read up online tonight, on several websites about the horrible, negligable, and saddening experiences from homeowners, and know that this man is still practicing these deceptive services, it lays a burden on my heart.
The day will come when Mr. Bradley will have to give an account of all these deceptive actions he's knowingly, willingly, and approvingly partaken in.
I am truly, truly sorry that those of you who ran into this man and fell for his scams. Justice will be served in the end. Take heart in that. But please, please, for your own sake, take no part in Roscoe Elliot Bradley or any company affiliated with him.
I would leave a 'zero' star if I could, but one is the least I can do.
