We filed a claim for a refrigerator repair. The technician came 4 separate times to fix it, and each time the problem was not fixed. He will return again a 5th time. The technician was very nice and worked very hard, however, the repair required a level of expertise that the technician admittedly did not have. When I called the company to request another repairman they refused saying that the repairman must keep returning until the problem is fixed. I explained that he did not have the necessary skill to repair the problem but they did not care. I asked how many unsuccessful attempts at repair would be needed before they sent another technician. They stated they will not send another technician. So far I have taken time off of work 4 times and will need to take more time off for another attempted repair.
