My name is Samantha Blakeley, and I live in Napa Valley, California. Since my divorce, I didn't have any income to pay my mortgage payments. My husband left me with two children and no alimony or child support. He left right after we refinanced with IndyMac and used all of our home equity to pay off his business debt. I was stuck with a very large payment on a house that my parents left for me. This is the house I grew up in, the house they grew up in.
