I enlisted the services of this company for home loan modification services. The firm took an upfront fee of $3500.00 from me and we proceeded on in 04/09.
They did not return calls at time and they still have not provided me with the modification packet that they supposively sent to the lender.
Total crooks and now they are claiming they did their job when it was actually done through a non profit HUD counselor.
