poor customer service, lack of concern for condition of property, lackadaisical attitude toward customer service, not concerned about the well being of the tenants or owners whose properties they manage, unwarrented fees, leangthy application processes.

My company strives to meet the needs of every resident that rents a home from us. If we fell short of meeting that goal, please contact me and I will do what I can to meet your needs.
Readers of this page are encouraged to remember that there are times when we as professional property managers are unable to make everyone happy! If an owner won't agree to let a tenant out of a lease early and we have to enforce the lease, situations like this will occassionally lead to poor reviews.
