I had a plumber from HIS come out to fix a toilet, and he did the wrong thing, which cost me more money! After calling the company to find a resolution, I was yelled at by an associate named Alex. He blamed me for the issue. In addition to hanging up the phone on me, he didn't want to listen to what I had to say. Instead, he kept cutting me off, telling me he was the co-owner and that there was no one else I could speak to.
Isn't the purpose of an "expert" in their field supposed to help the customer? Plumbing issues are nightmares and very stressful already, the last thing a customer needs is to be yelled at. What ever happened to "taking care of the customer?"
