This company represents the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with an online company. First they almost NEVER answer the phone. It doesn't matter what time during their "business hours" you call. You probably won't have someone answer that phone. I left messages for days in a row before someone would finally call me back. It takes days for responses to emails, too.
I chose them specifically because they included a service option for inside delivery and installation. After days of leaving voicemails to ask when I would have an installer come to my house, I finally gave up and put the machine together myself even though I paid an extra $140 for that service. That's how bad they are. I decided that losing the $140 was an easier option than dealing with them.
