Was the WORST experience we have ever had with a company. We will be very hesitant about ordering anything major online again. Delivery took much longer than stated. When furniture was delivered it was totally defective (doors hung crooked, hinges misaligned, major cracks in frame, chips and gouges all over).
Owner refused to take any responsibility and refund our money and pick up his furniture. Had to start a dispute with MC to get our money back. We were lucky we had a freight inspector who took pictures and wrote a report to back our claim.
After almost 2 months from the time of delivery, this 1000 lb. entertainment center was finally picked up after being hassled by the company and owner with numerous nasty e-mails and phone calls, not to mention all the inconvenience as we could not order another one until this one was picked up.
Would NEVER order from this company again. Owner could learn a lot about how to treat his customers. Poor business ethics!
The only thing good about it was the price. As it turned out, we got a lot less than we paid for.
