This company took $200 from us without a confirmed move date or signed contract even though their representative assured us nothing would be done until we confirmed the move date and that we were only pencilled in on their calendar. They kept changing our submitted inventory list, never sent us a correct inventory and we never sent them an electronic signature to confirm anything. The representative, his supervisor and the company president ignored our phone calls and email requests for a refund. We filed a complaint with the BBB and the company never responded to the complaint so the BBB closed the complaint and we are out the $200. Don't make the same mistake we did and let them pressure or talk you into giving them any information that allows them to take your money. Our next step will be the state attorney general's office to see if they can help us get our money back. We strongly suggest that any movers go with a national name brand if you want honesty and integrity.
