Rude, incompetent and just terrible

Terrible, I order 2 expensive studio monitors, wait 2 weeks for delivery only to receive one monitor. SO glad I spend almost $1,400. Customer service then argues with me that "they were shipped in one box" as if I cant tell an empty cardboard box from a full one. He returns to tell me his shipping guys forgot it on the dock and it was never shipped. They would also refuse to cover the expedited shipping I now needed and saddled me with an additional $250 just to receive the products I paid for when I was supposed to. I have spent thousands of dollars flying talent out to work on music only to have the plans ruined by irresponsibility. Not to mention no interest in making the situation right and making up for their mistake. Basically "too bad, deal with it" was the response I got from a rude, cursing "shipping manager" Wouldn't expect any level of professionalism from this place, which is too bad...they lost out on a ton of business from me. Thanks but no thanks, one unhappy customer
