Upfront priceing

I have had several electricians do work at my house and in the end they always charge me more than what was agreed for "extra work". I was impressed with how upfront High Powered Electric was with what could happen with my service upgrade and the charges associated with that. They where not the cheapest bid I got but I felt that the price was a bottom line price no charge ups. They where very professional and even added a GFCI outlet at the service no charge to me!
