My staircase was rubbish. I still remember that squeaking noise every time you go up or down…
During my lunch break, I saw one catalog with some modern metal staircases, and really wanted them badly. When I got the money I needed, I hired Hi-Tech Design to install them for me. they sent people over, who did the job perfectly. It needed a lot of measurement and precision, but they took they time on that important stuff, and later they build the thing fast.
They were very serviceable and efficient. The task they did was no easy, but they did it great.
They told me if anything goes wrong, just to give them a call. That is the right way to treat a customer. And my staircase is beautiful!!
