I bought a flat iron @ South Park mall from Herstyler a sub company they have there in the mall. I was real excited about getting my new products because I had just got a new do and haircut. I naturally have curly hair and wanted to style my hair straight. I was walking around the mall and saw these girls getting there hair done and so I stopped to watch. There hair looked amazing so I asked how much 4 the Flat iron they tried selling it to me for $200.00. I said no way. So after about 5 minutes of us talking they ended up selling it to me for $60.00 and gave me one year free hairstyles there, shampoo and a conditioner. When I got home I used my new flat iron, At the stand they promised it wouldn't cause any split ends, no damage to my hair and that I would have super model hair from here on out!! Well that wasn't the case at all.. The ends of my hair look like someone took a lighter to them and my hair is more frizzier then ever. I'm so embarrassed to go out. My new color and hair cut was a waste of money now because my hair looks like crap just because these people wanted to make a quick buck. I hate the herstyler it ruined my hair and I don't wish it upon my worst enemy! The Shampoo and conditioner no wonder they gave it to me its crap. Smells horrible and dries the heck out of my hair I wouldn't even use it on my dog!!! I'm so upset they ruined my hair! please listen to me they are telling lies. These products are 100% ceramic but they damaged my hair so bad.
