I have never had a problem with them. I love this online site. I own a small flower/gift shop here in CA and most of the items I sell come from Heavenslittlestuff.com I have heard only good things about this company form many other people. I think the claim they have is from a competitor, because they always email with answers to question and always are very helpful, never a bad exp with them. I love the site.
