Company sold "unregistered" security stating they are selling cartoon characters "Z FORCE" and DAJAMMIES as far back as 2002-2003. They promise large return on investment but investments don't pay off. They are not in MOVIE THEATRE BUSINESS, rather selling of unregistered securities that are supposed to be sold to Disney, Warner Bros, Walmart, K-Mart etc for syndication of shows or selling product or clothing line, shoes etc. at the retail level. Website does not work any longer. President is Doug Warr continues to make promises and his number is 818-613-3502. Company tries to work with investors they can control and have a track record of preying on the elderly. Great concept but company has devised schemes to defraud investors and investors have not gotten any returns on their investment. Be wary to make any investment in this company, Legendary Entertainment, Granite Springs, as they are all companies that are connected. The address listed is a P.O. Box where they pick up mail and is not an "valid office" address. Be wary on investments that ask for a cashier's check to be mailed and that your returns will be returned quickly. The company representative are still telling the investors they are working on cartoon project or book deals.
