I purchased a watch as a Christmas present for my wife on Nov. 20th, 2010. She did not like the watch and I made an initial attempt to contact H & H Watches in regards to a return on January 4th, 2011. No contact was able to be made. I followed up with an email a few days later to no response. I went to their website and filled out a web submittal that states they would reply within 24 hours to no avail. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company. H & H Watches finally replied stating that the watch was unable to be returned due to being outside the 50 day window. Had I been able to contact someone at this company via phone, email or web, I would have been within the 50 day window and could have handled my return properly. I am quite sorry I ever bought a watch through this company and would encourage anyone shopping for a watch to look elsewhere. I hope you find this information helpful.
