Do not do business with this company owned by Jose L. Guzman. CA State Contractor Board has revoked their license in 2008 for various reasons:
Abandonment without legal excuse of any construction project; Exceeded contract amount; Wilful or fraudulent act; Failed to comply with Contractor's License Law; Exceeded down payment of $1000 or 10% whichever is least; Contr has recvd/reqstd more money than work completed (extracted from CSLB website). I know as I have been a recent victim and CSLB has ruled in my favor in 2009.
