Refi of investment property

Had Joe Stollings as my loan officer. Joe overall did an excellent job of addressing my requests and made a very good effort in keeping me informed of the progress of the refi.
This refi I have to say took a little longer than expected. I believe this was mostly due to the underwriters which was somewhat confusing since my credit scores were excellent.
Overall I am satisfied with the service I received and the rate which I was able to get. I would recommend this company but you will need to keep the communication lines open to assure you have all the specific requirements as far as paper work addressed.
