I worked with this company about 6 months ago. It took a while for them to get me my modification but it was not their fault. I have countrywide and Countrywide (BofA) themselves told me they were very backed up. They also told me that it was taking a long time for modifications to be completed. They did ask for information constantly (which was very frustrating)but it was requested by the lender. After all was said and done i obtained my modification and it was a great help. The only thing i would ask them to do better would be return calls more promptly.
