This phony rented a home from me and was evicted 1/31/13 for non-payment.
He owes me $6,000 Past rent, $2,000 Damages, $2,000 Utility bills.
His "Office" address is just a P.O. Box !!
He NEVER appeared in court, altho served Three times. .
He left a teen-age son alone to deal with the eviction by Sheriff Deputies.
