Horrible Customer Service

I woke up this morning to an email from Green Geeks support along the lines of: "You've exceeded your memory usage, therefore, we are downgrading your memory to 256mb", which translates to SHUTTING THE SITE DOWN completely. Then they have the audacity to give suggestions to decrease memory useage, when you can't even access the site since they decreased the memory limit! THEN they suggest upgrading your plan!
This is the first notice of exceeding the memory limit I have every received from them. To pull the plug at first notice is outrageous and I am appalled at the finger-pointing each "support" person shows upon each other.
STAY AWAY at all costs! Being "green" means nothing when it comes to what matters: SERVICE.

We have found that your account has been reached the limit of Memory.
Because of this we have forced to decrease the memory limit from 512M to 256M to prevent of Suspension of your account. You need to start optimising your site to decrease Memory usage. Below is the Memory usage log....
