I'm sorry, but I MUST write a negative review after 5 tries. The return policy is fine (as opposed to the other reviews posted) as they should be at the cost, BUT.....this is the fifth pair of their shoes that start off inCREDibly comfortable, but after repeated wearing within a year, they'll either squeak or pop as the springs inside give out. In all due fairness I also have a pair of sandals that haven't done what I have described above, but I don't wear them as much so I guess I can just wait for it to happen. Overall, time for the retrospective. I'm just not willing to spend that kind of money again. Too bad....they have SUCH comfort until they go
